1. Lot 1Part 1

   PART I – Delivery and assembly of equipment as part of improving accessibility in the Municipal Office in Kole The subject of the order is delivery, assembly and commissioning of equipment to improve architectural and information and communication accessibility in the building of the Municipal Office in Kole, entered in the register of monuments. As part of Part I, the Contractor is required to: • supply and assembly of automatic external defibrillators (AED) with the necessary additional equipment and develop fire safety instructions (IBP) for the facility, • supply and assembly of induction loops supporting hearing for people with hearing impairment, • delivery and assembly of tablets with dedicated communication software to improve customer service with particular needs, • delivery and installation of sound and visual signalling equipment, • delivery and assembly of accessibility marking elements, including Braille's alphabet markings and contrast markings, • delivery and assembly of other components supporting accessibility, according to the detailed description of the subject matter of the order (evacuation chairs, electrical desks and ergonomic chairs, Tyflographical plans, reference system, stairs markings - strips, braille pads, braille covers and information boards). The performance of the contract takes place in a building entered in the register of monuments, which requires the Contractor to comply with the requirements of the Act of 23 July 2003 on the protection of monuments and the care of monuments, including the obligation to declare the intention to perform works referred to in Article 36aa(1)(4) of that Act, and to comply with the documentary requirements laid down in the implementing rules issued under that Act. Delivery and assembly will be carried out during the Office's working hours. The detailed scope and conditions of performance of the contract shall be specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract annexed to the Specification of the Contract Terms.

   CZĘŚĆ II – Wdrożenie i świadczenie usługi wideotłumacza języka migowego (PJM) online Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wdrożenie oraz świadczenie abonamentowej usługi wideotłumacza polskiego języka migowego (PJM) online na rzecz Urzędu Miejskiego w Kole, mającej na celu zapewnienie dostępności usług publicznych dla osób głuchych i słabosłyszących posługujących się językiem migowym. W ramach Części II Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do: • wdrożenia systemu umożliwiającego zdalne połączenie wideo z tłumaczem PJM w czasie rzeczywistym, dostępnego dla klientów Urzędu podczas ich bezpośredniej obsługi, • zapewnienia ciągłości świadczenia usługi tłumaczenia w języku migowym w godzinach pracy Urzędu przez cały okres obowiązywania umowy, • przeprowadzenia niezbędnych szkoleń dla pracowników Urzędu w zakresie obsługi systemu, • zapewnienia wsparcia technicznego oraz serwisu w całym okresie świadczenia usługi. Usługa świadczona będzie od dnia wdrożenia i potwierdzenia poprawnego działania systemu do dnia 30 marca 2027 r.
