Self-declaration on EU-Russia sanctions - The bidder confirms that it does not relate to the persons or undertakings referred to in Article 5k(1) of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the actions of Russia destabilising the situation in Ukraine, as amended from time to time, which are related to Russia within the meaning of the provision (a) by the Russian nationality of the candidate/tenderer or the establishment of the candidate/tenderer in Russia, (b) by the participation of a natural person or undertaking meeting one of the criteria referred to in point (a) in the candidate/tenderer concerning the holding of shares in excess of 50%, (c) by the actions of the candidates/tenderers on behalf of or at the direction of persons or undertakings meeting the criteria set out in points (a) and/or (b). The companies involved in the contract as subcontractors, suppliers or companies whose capacities are used in connection with the provision of the proof of suitability, which represent more than 10 % of the contract value, also do not belong to the group of persons referred to in the provision with a connection to Russia within the meaning of the provision. It shall be confirmed and ensured that, even during the term of the contract, no subcontractors, suppliers or undertakings whose capacities are used in connection with the provision of the proof of suitability are involved which represent more than 10 % of the contract value.

Company turnover for the area of advertised services - My/Our company has achieved in each of the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 an annual net turnover of more than EUR 100,000 in the area of advertised services for lot 1 (delivery of interactive whiteboards).
