Modernization and retrofitting of an IT studio in the Malopolska Voivodeship Educational Units Team in Kraków

3.1. The subject of the contract is the modernization and retrofitting of the computer lab by the completion of a comprehensive renovation of the computer laboratory (room 203) with an area of 42.3 m2 and an elevation of 2.60 m in the Malopolska Voivodship Educational Units Team in Kraków, which includes construction, installation, electrical, air conditioning, computer network and AV, and delivery, assembly, configuration and commissioning of furniture and computer equipment. 3.2. The scope includes, in particular, preparatory and demolition works, execution of suspended ceiling and LED lighting, new floor, repair and finishing of walls, replacement of window and door joinery, modernization of electrical installation, computer network and AV, execution of multi-split air conditioning installations and work on c.o. and fire fighting installations, as well as delivery and assembly of furniture equipment and delivery, configuration and commissioning of 10 desktops with office software package. 3.3. The detailed scope, technical parameters and requirements for implementation, quality control and reception are set out in Annex 1 to the WWZ – OGM, together with the Technical Specifications for the Implementation and Collection of Construction Works (STWiORB) and Annex 3 to the WWZ – Designed provisions of the contract. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract as complete, efficient and ready to use, together with all materials, equipment, auxiliary work, measurements, tests, commissioning and post-executive documentation necessary for the proper execution of the order.
