The subject of the contract for the work of this part is the complete processing of project documentation and subsequent implementation (delivery, installation, measurement and commissioning) of structured cabling with output protocol. The contract is awarded using the Design and Build method.
The selected supplier assumes all responsibility for the processing of project documentation, the accuracy and completeness of the project statement, the choice of technical solution and the actual execution of the work itself. The project documentation itself will be processed by the supplier to the extent necessary for the implementation of the work (the contracting authority does not require the preparation of the documentation at the stage for the implementation of the construction).
The design of the works and the project documentation themselves must respect the condition that the implementation of the works does not entail the obligation to initiate the construction procedure under Act No. 283 / 2021 Coll., the construction law, as amended.
