What the buyer wants
The subject of the public contract is: (a) delivery of a disk field in HA (High Ability), (b) delivery of backup storage solutions, (c) supply of accessories, (d) implementation and servicing of the operation for the delivered solutions; The implementation and service security of the operation includes installation, implementation, complete full operation (including provision and delivery of all necessary material, components, licences, work, etc.) and training of the operator for new solutions. 1.2. All software support services (software support - maintenance) and manufacturer technical support services for all hardware (hardware support) supplied are included, which are described in detail in Annex 1 to the Treaty entitled Technical specifications.
Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou: a) dodávka diskového pole v HA (High Availability), b) dodávka řešení pro ukládání záloh, c) dodávka příslušenství, d) implementace a servisní zajištění provozu pro dodaná řešení; implementace a servisní zajištění provozu zahrnuje instalaci, implementaci, kompletní uvedení do plného provozu (včetně zajištění a dodání veškerého potřebného materiálu, komponent, licencí, práce atd.) a zaškolení obsluhy pro nové řešení. Součástí předmětu plnění jsou služby podpory veškerého software (softwarová podpora – maintenance) a služby technické podpory výrobce na veškerý dodaný hardware (hardwarová podpora), které jsou blíže a podrobně popsány v příloze č. 1 Smlouvy s názvem Technická specifikace.
