At least one reference project shall be submitted for lots 1 - 3. No reference is required for lot 4. If the tenderer applies for several lots, only one project reference shall be provided.

ISO/IEC 9001 quality management system certificate or equivalent. Alternatively, a self-declaration of how the requirements are met can be made by the offering company. The client reserves the right to check this self-declaration and to request proof.

All units in lots 1-3 must meet at least the energy efficiency requirements of the Energy Star 8.0 standard or better. Appropriate evidence shall be submitted when submitting a tender. Certificates, a technical dossier of the manufacturer or a test report of a recognised body (e.g. a body accredited for the preparation of test reports in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018) are considered as evidence, in which compliance with the requirements is clearly demonstrated. Equipment that is certified with a relevant type I eco-label in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14024:2018 and whose criteria cover the above requirements shall also be considered as compliant.

All devices of lots 1-3 must fully comply with the applicable criteria of the TCO 9 certification of the respective product groups, this must be proven by a corresponding proof (e.g. certificate).
