What the buyer wants
Requirement of technical and professional capacity (Art. 100, paragraph 11, of the Code): - to have performed, in the ten years before the deadline of presentation of the offers, one or more contracts subject to the provision of a management service of technical monitoring platforms and/or observability for the control of infrastructures and/or ICT applications in data center having a total number of physical and/or virtual servers greater than 300, of total amount not less than € 500. It is not necessary that contracts have been fully executed at the date of publication of the call for tender. Any contracts whose execution does not fall within the period of reference shall be deemed to be eligible if the execution is not less than 12 months for each of them during that period. It will refer to the value of contracts and not to the value of turnover.
