OSPA Internal Information System

The subject of the order is delivery, installation, configuration and launch of the OSPA Visual Information System. As part of the implementation of the Subject of the Contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 2.1. to provide the Subject of the Agreement with the required software and equipment of the System, 2.2. to perform the necessary technical infrastructure, 2.3. to disassemble the existing equipment indicated by the Contracting Authority, 2.4. to install, configure and run the System, 2.5. to conduct the Instruction of the Contracting Authority's personnel, 2.6. to carry out reception tests at the Installation Sites (SAT Tests), 2.7. to develop and transfer to the Contracting Authority the performance documentation, 2.8. to grant the Contracting Authority a licence for Software of the System, 2.9. to transfer to the Contracting Authority copyrighted property rights to the Performance Documentation, in accordance with the provisions of § 8 of the Agreement.
