a) the absence of the causes of exclusion referred to in Articles 94 and following of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and of prohibitions to contract with the public administration; b) insistence of the situations referred to in Article 53, co 16ter D. Lgs. 165/2001 smi (c.d. clause of Pantouflage); c) acceptance of the clauses contained in the Integrity Pact annexed to the Competition Disciplinary; d) Registration, pursuant to article 100, paragraph 3, of the Code, in the Register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture for activities relevant to those covered by this procedure. For the economic operator of another Member State, not resident in Italy: registration in one of the professional or commercial registers of the other Member States referred to in Annex II.11 of the Code.
a) Global turnover, matured in the best three exercises of the last five years, preceding that of indiction of the procedure, at least equal to € 800.000,00.
a) Execution in the last ten years from the date of publication of the notice (September 2016 – September 2026) of at least N. 1 similar service (maintenance and assistance software of administrative, accounting, e-procurement, staff management, research and institutional services for the University or Public Research bodies) of a minimum amount equal to € 124.000,00, VAT excluded.
