The dynamic purchasing system shall be divided into 3 categories: Category I - Application software; Category II - System and network software; Category III - Programming software.
Perkančioji organizacija pirks turimų licencijų palaikymą ir naujas licencijas, kurių reikės Perkančiosios organizacijos veikloje. Dinaminė pirkimo sistema skaidoma į 3 kategorijas: I kategorija - Taikomoji programinė įranga; II kategorija - Sisteminė ir tinklo programinė įranga; III kategorija - Programavimo programinė įranga. Dėl CVP IS funkcinių galimybių apribojimų nėra techninės galimybės pakoreguoti Dinaminės pirkimo sistemos skelbimo apie pirkimą ir tam skirtoje vietoje pažymėti, kad gali būti taikomas elektroninis aukcionas ir kad sprendimas dėl jo taikymo bus priimamas priklausomai nuo konkretaus pirkimo. Atsižvelgiant į tai, ši informacija pateikiama aprašymo skiltyje. Informacija apie elektroninio aukciono taikymą bus nurodoma kiekvieno konkretaus pirkimo sąlygose.
