What the buyer wants
The Education Board currently operates a set of horizontal design software applications and components that are developed in Microsoft technology. Net and support a very broad set of strategic systems and applications, composing essential infrastructure for operation in the multiple areas of non-university teaching management. They are used among others for the centralized application of academic management of educational centres (STILUS) and information to families (STILUS-Families), for the main educational platforms that provide Internet support to the educational community (Portal de Educación, Aulas Virtuales, Microsoft Office 365, among others) and for the different management processes of the Board. Without them, it would not be feasible to provide Internet services to families through different platforms, as well as to deploy ICT corporate services in public education centres (Internet navigation, corporate WIFI, customer post management, security management, educational CAU).

24 monthsLa Consejería de Educación actualmente tiene en funcionamiento un conjunto de aplicaciones y componentes software de concepción horizontal que se encuentran desarrollados en tecnología Microsoft .Net y que dan soporte a un conjunto muy amplio de sistemas y aplicaciones estratégicos, componiendo unas infraestructuras básicas indispensables para la operación en los múltiples ámbitos de la gestión de enseñanzas no universitarias.
 Son utilizadas entre otras por la aplicación centralizada de gestión académica de los centros educativos (STILUS) y de información a las familias (STILUS-Familias), por las principales plataformas educativas que dan soporte en Internet a la comunidad educativa (Portal de Educación, Aulas Virtuales, Microsoft Office 365, entre otras) y por los diferentes procesos de gestión de la Consejería.
 Sin ellas no sería viable ofrecer servicios en Internet a las familias a través de diferentes plataformas, así como desplegar servicios corporativos TIC en los centros educativos públicos (navegación en Internet, WIFI corporativo, gestión del puesto cliente, gestión de la seguridad, CAU educativo).
