What the buyer wants
The subject of a public contract shall be the supply and establishment of a system for smart management and monitoring of public lighting. The performance shall consist of the following parts: 1. Central control software: Delivery, configuration and activation of software platform for remote management, regulation and diagnostics of the lighting system. 2. Communication modules: Delivery of terminal devices intended for installation in luminaires equipped with connector according to the Zhaga- D4i standard. All components supplied shall consist of one fully functional, mutually compatible and interoperable unit which enables two-way communication between the end points (lamps) and the central software. Communication modules shall be installed in luminaires in the administration of the contracting authority. After initial start-up of the control software, communication modules will be supplied on an ongoing basis on the basis of sub-orders of the contracting authority.
