What the buyer wants
1.The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of a large format printing-scanning device. 2. The subject-matter of the contract also includes: 1) installation, installation, commissioning of the device and conducting instructions for users of the device in terms of its operation, 2) provision of warranty and service conditions on the terms set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to this SWZ 3. Subject of the contract: 1) Tenders submitted shall cover the entire material and quantitative scope specified in this specification of the terms of the contract (OPP). 2. The equipment supplied shall have the complete wiring necessary for its proper operation. 3) The Contracting Authority has defined the minimum technical parameters to be met by the equipment offered by the Contractor. The contractor may offer a product with better parameters than described by the Contracting Authority in Annex No 1 to SWZ 4) In the technical specifications of the equipment offered( Annex No 1a ), the contractor shall indicate the manufacturer's name and the brand, type, model of the equipment offered.
