What the buyer wants

1. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of desktop computers along with accessories (keyboard + mouse) – 160 pcs. 2. The description of the order is set out in Annex 1.1 to the WWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority shall require that the subject of the contract delivered by the Contractor be placed in the premises indicated by the Contracting Authority, at the place where the contract is carried out, within the time limit specified in point 4 of the SWZ. Where the proper performance of the subject-matter of the contract requires the use of additional materials or of assembly, connection, commissioning or checking the correct operation of the equipment supplied, The contractor will provide these materials and perform the required activities as part of the remuneration specified in the offer, without the right to additional remuneration. 4. Delivery, transport, transfer and, if applicable, assembly, connection, commissioning and verification of the correctness of the operation of the object of the contract shall take place at the expense and risk of the Contractor and shall be subject to the remuneration specified in the tender. 5. If, within a given part of the order, the Contracting Authority requires the provision of more than one [1] piece of a given type of equipment, all delivered pieces must be of the same manufacturer, model and have the same hardware configuration and technical parameters, unless otherwise specified by the OGA. 6. The Contractor is obliged to offer and complete the full scope of the order, in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in the SWZ and its annexes. The subject-matter of the contract shall meet all applicable requirements arising from the provisions of European Union and national law, in particular as regards safety, placing on the market and making products available on the market and conformity assessment. 7. Equipment for which the applicable provisions require the CE marking must bear the CE marking correctly affixed and comply with the requirements on which it is marked. The Contracting Authority may, during the period of performance of the contract, including in particular at the stage of receipt of the equipment supplied, require the Contractor to submit an EU declaration of conformity for the equipment supplied to confirm compliance with the applicable requirements. 8. The subject-matter of the contract must comply with the applicable requirements laid down in Regulation (EU) No 2023/98 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 on general product safety, amending Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Directive 87/357/EEC (OJ L 135, 23.05.20123, p. 1, as amended). 9. The contractor is obliged to supply the item of the order with a new, unused, non-refractory, non-regenerated, non-exposure-free physical and legal defects, complete and in accordance with the requirements set out in the OGA. 10. The equipment supplied must come from a legal distribution channel and be placed on the market or made available on the market in accordance with applicable law. Equipment must be supplied with all components, components, accessories and materials necessary for its proper use in accordance with the intended use and requirements of the OPA.

I. Przedmiot zamówienia: 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Zakup i dostawa sprzętu komputerowego dla różnych jednostek Uniwersytetu Opolskiego, w podziale na części: 1.1. Część nr 1 – Zakup i dostawa komputerów stacjonarnych wraz z akcesoriami (klawiatura + mysz) – 160 szt. 1.2. Część nr 2 – Zakup i dostawa laptopów (komputerów przenośnych) wraz z akcesoriami (torba + mysz) – 66 szt. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia: 2.1. w odniesieniu do części nr 1 stanowi załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ, 2.2. w odniesieniu do części nr 2 stanowi załącznik nr 1.2 do SWZ. II. Pozostałe informacje: 1. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. 2. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych. 3. Zamawiający nie wymaga zatrudnienia na podstawie stosunku pracy, w okolicznościach, o których mowa w art. 95 ustawy. 4. Zamawiający nie przewiduje możliwości udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 i 8 ustawy Pzp. 5. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia wadium. 6. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy.

  2. Lot 2Zakup i dostawa laptopów (komputerów przenośnych) wraz z akcesoriami (torba + mysz) – 66 szt.

    1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Zakup i dostawa laptopów (komputerów przenośnych) wraz z akcesoriami (torba + mysz) – 66 szt. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1.2 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby dostarczony przez Wykonawcę przedmiot zamówienia został wniesiony do pomieszczenia wskazanego przez Zamawiającego, w miejscu realizacji zamówienia, w terminie określonym w pkt 4 SWZ. Jeżeli prawidłowe wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia wymaga zastosowania dodatkowych materiałów lub wykonania czynności związanych z montażem, podłączeniem, uruchomieniem lub sprawdzeniem prawidłowości działania dostarczonego sprzętu, Wykonawca zapewni te materiały i wykona wymagane czynności w ramach wynagrodzenia określonego w ofercie, bez prawa do dodatkowego wynagrodzenia. 4. Dostawa, transport, wniesienie oraz – jeżeli dotyczy – montaż, podłączenie, uruchomienie i sprawdzenie prawidłowości działania przedmiotu zamówienia odbywają się na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy oraz są objęte wynagrodzeniem określonym w ofercie. 5. Jeżeli w ramach danej części zamówienia Zamawiający wymaga dostarczenia więcej niż jednej [1] sztuki danego rodzaju sprzętu, wszystkie dostarczone sztuki muszą być tego samego producenta, modelu oraz posiadać taką samą konfigurację sprzętową i parametry techniczne, chyba że z postanowień OPZ wynika inaczej. 6. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zaoferować i zrealizować pełny zakres przedmiotu zamówienia, zgodnie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego określonymi w SWZ oraz jej załącznikach. Dostarczony przedmiot zamówienia musi spełniać wszystkie mające do niego zastosowanie wymagania wynikające z przepisów prawa Unii Europejskiej i prawa krajowego, w szczególności dotyczące bezpieczeństwa, wprowadzania do obrotu i udostępniania produktów na rynku oraz oceny zgodności. 7. Sprzęt, dla którego obowiązujące przepisy wymagają oznakowania CE, musi posiadać prawidłowo naniesione oznakowanie CE oraz spełniać wymagania stanowiące podstawę jego oznakowania. Zamawiający może, w okresie realizacji umowy, w tym w szczególności na etapie odbioru dostarczonego sprzętu, zażądać od Wykonawcy przedłożenia deklaracji zgodności UE dotyczącej dostarczonego sprzętu, potwierdzającej spełnienie mających do niego zastosowanie wymagań. 8. Przedmiot zamówienia musi spełniać mające do niego zastosowanie wymagania określone w rozporządzeniu Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2023/988 z dnia 10 maja 2023 r. w sprawie ogólnego bezpieczeństwa produktów, zmieniającym rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 1025/2012 i dyrektywę Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2020/1828 oraz uchylającym dyrektywę 2001/95/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywę Rady 87/357/EWG (Dz. Urz. UE L 135 z 23.05.2023, str. 1, z późn. zm.). 9. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest dostarczyć przedmiot zamówienia nowy, nieużywany, nierefabrykowany, nieregenerowany, niepochodzący z ekspozycji, wolny od wad fizycznych i prawnych, kompletny oraz zgodny z wymaganiami określonymi w OPZ. 10. Dostarczony sprzęt musi pochodzić z legalnego kanału dystrybucji oraz być wprowadzony do obrotu lub udostępniony na rynku zgodnie z mającymi zastosowanie przepisami prawa. Sprzęt musi być dostarczony ze wszystkimi elementami, podzespołami, akcesoriami i materiałami niezbędnymi do jego prawidłowego użytkowania zgodnie z przeznaczeniem oraz wymaganiami OPZ.
