   Purchase and supply of computer equipment with software and server equipment for the Municipal Office of Zabierzów in 2026. Part 1 — Purchase and supply of computer equipment with software for the Municipal Office of Zabierzów in 2026 2.The Contracting Authority requires that the supply offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used for the execution of the contract, both as main elements and components, elements of the environment providing the service or accompanying solutions, did not include: • ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, which found their negative impact on the essential security interests of the State; • an ICT product of which the type is specified in the decision to recognise the supplier as a high risk provider referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or on the ICT services or on the ICT processes defined in that decision. Failure to comply with this requirement results in rejection of the tender pursuant to point 17 of Article 226(1) or point 19 of the Public Procurement Law respectively.    1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Zakup i dostawa sprzętu komputerowego z oprogramowaniem oraz sprzętu serwerowego dla Urzędu Gminy Zabierzów w 2026 r. Część 2 - Zakup i dostawa sprzętu serwerowego dla Urzędu Gminy Zabierzów w 2026 roku 2. Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowane świadczenie, w tym wszystkie produkty ICT, usługi ICT oraz procesy ICT wykorzystywane do realizacji zamówienia, zarówno jako elementy główne, jak i komponenty, elementy środowiska świadczenia usługi lub rozwiązania towarzyszące, nie obejmowało: • produktów ICT, usług ICT lub procesów ICT wskazanych w rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podstawowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa; • produktu ICT, którego typ został określony w decyzji w sprawie uznania dostawcy za dostawcę wysokiego ryzyka, o której mowa w art. 67b ust. 15 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, ani usług ICT lub procesów ICT określonych w tej decyzji. Niespełnienie powyższego wymagania skutkuje odrzuceniem oferty odpowiednio na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 17 albo pkt 19 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych.
