What the buyer wants
1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a new colour production printer, to the building of the Poznań City Hall, ul. Kolegicki 17, 61-841 Poznań with installation, installation, launch and training of designated personnel from the operation and maintenance of the device. 2) The description of the order is given in Annex 1 to the Agreement. 3) A detailed description of the conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the Model contract, which is Annex No. 6 to the EGM. 4) The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a minimum 12-month warranty period for the subject-matter of the contract, under the terms set out in the Model Contract. The guarantee period shall be the criterion for the evaluation of tenders in accordance with point XI.2.
