Purchase of computer and electronic equipment for the branch of Neurology WSP SA in Tarnowskie Góry

1. The subject of the order is the purchase, assembly and delivery of computer and electronic equipment for the Neurology Branch with the Strone Branch of the Multi-Specialised Regional Hospital SA in Tarnowskie Góry to the extent consistent with the Description of the Procurement Subject (hereinafter referred to as the OGA), which is Annex No 1 to the Agreement and SWZ, which is Annex No 2 to the Agreement. 2. Subject of the order: 1) to be brand new (unused), non-exhibitional, 2) to be complete, fit for use and authorised and use, 3) to have all the legal certificates or equivalent documents required, and not to require any additional purchases or investments to function as intended, 4) to be free of any defects, including in particular material and structural, 5) to be ready for use without any additional purchases and investments. 3. The contractor is obliged to supply the equipment, installation, configuration and first commissioning, technical support during the warranty period and to provide the warranty service of the equipment supplied. 4. The Contractor shall perform all necessary activities for the proper implementation of the subject matter of the Agreement. 5. The Contractor shall bear the total material and legal responsibility for damages arising from the performance of the Contracting Party and third parties. 6. The Contractor is obliged to maintain confidentiality of the information obtained in the course of the performance of the contract, in particular as regards the safeguards applied by the Contracting Authority and assumes all liability for any damage caused, if any. 7. Order - Project (Investment) is covered by the grant of special budget States created to support the implementation of development policy activities, constituting the investment task of their own regional government units by decision of the Minister of Finance, Investment and Development. 8. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract, the description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority in terms of execution and reception specify: 1) the description of the subject matter of the contract - Annex 5 to the SWZ, 2) the draft provisions of the contract - Annex 3 to the SWZ. 9. The order is given in parts. Estimated value of all parts: PLN 2,697,807.32 net.
