What the buyer wants
1. The subject matter of this procedure is the purchase of computer equipment together with software for the Żostrzębie-Zdrój City Hall: 1.1 Desktop – 80 pcs 1.2 Computer monitor – 100 pcs 1.3 Office software package MS Office 2024 Home&Business ESD – 80 pcs. A detailed description of the subject of the order is given in Annex 3 to the WWZ. According to Article 101(4) of the Law of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026 item 793 as amended) When describing the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPO, the contracting authority shall allow equivalent solutions as described in the procurement documentation. An economic operator who cites equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority shall demonstrate that the supplies or services offered by the Contracting Authority comply with the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority.

1. Contract award may be requested by Contractors who fulfil the conditions for participation in the procedure concerning: 1.2 Technical or professional capacity: The contractor will document that during the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter – during that period, he has carried out at least two tasks involving the delivery of computer sets, with a total value of PLN 400 000,00 gross. By the task of the Contracting Authority, the performance of a specific supply range under a single contract to the Contracting Authority. Note: Where the Contractor, in order to confirm the fulfilment of the condition of participation in the procedure referred to above, refers to the experience in carrying out the above tasks jointly with other Contractors, he must demonstrate only the tasks in which he directly participated.
