What the buyer wants
The subject of contracts awarded under this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") will be the supply of information/calculation technology, telecommunications, audiovisual technology, accessories to the procurement or technology already used. Any successful tenderer to whom a particular contract will be awarded in the established DNS will also be obliged to provide a guarantee service for the goods supplied, including, where appropriate, the installation. The subject of the contracts awarded under this DNS will be mainly the delivery of personal computers, laptops, tablets, docking stations, servers, memory discs to computers, laptops and servers, extension cards and modules to computers, notebooks and servers, racks, backups, active network elements, exchangeable and non-measurable switches (switches), LAN adapters, monitors, printers, multifunctional copiers, scanners, 3D printers, modems, speakers, microphones and headphones, mobile phones, web cameras, video cameras, internal and external memory discs, keyboards and mice, memories of RAMs, graphic cards, memory USB keys, USB extension cables, USB C charging cables, USB chargers, CDs and DVDs, digital cameras, video projectors and related accessories to those goods. That calculation is not exhaustive, but only as an example of the calculation of the most common items of each sub-contract. A detailed specification of the subject-matter of each sub-contract will be contained in the invitations to tender to be sent when awarding contracts within the framework of the established DNS to all candidates included in this DNS. Environmental requirements may be integrated into the detailed specification of the subject-matter of the contract in each invitation to tender within the established DNS. By applying green public procurement, the contracting authority shall promote the sustainable use of natural resources and the achievement of behavioural changes towards sustainable production and consumption. The establishment of the DNS aims to allow the contracting authority to tender flexibly in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to its current needs. When awarding specific contracts, tenders shall not be submitted in the form of an electronic catalogue. The contracting authority has not divided the DNS into categories or parts, as the award of partial contracts alone will de facto divide the whole contract into several smaller contracts. When awarding partial contracts, the contracting authority shall undertake to combine the partial requirements for the purchase of the goods referred to therein on the basis of the material and functional nature of the individual goods requested, while respecting the principles of public procurement. The contracting authority shall not limit the number of candidates included in the DNS nor specify any conditions or qualification criteria for qualification in the DNS, except for the conditions of personal status of candidates based on § 32 of Act No 343/2015. Z.z. on public procurement and amending certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Law") The contracting authority will award specific contracts in DNS at irregular intervals and at different levels and financial volumes according to its own needs.
