What the buyer wants
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery for the purposes of the Agency for the Restructuring and Modernization of Computer Agriculture together with the software of 309 pcs. Computers and software supplied with them must be brand new and must come from the official sales channel of the manufacturer to the Polish market. Computers must be identical, i.e. the same manufacturer, make/model/version and completion. Minimum technical requirements are included in Chapter I.2 of the SWZ.
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa na potrzeby Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa: 1.1. Komputerów stacjonarnych typ I w liczbie 309 szt.; 1.2. Komputerów stacjonarnych typ II w liczbie 248 szt.; 1.3. Komputerów przenośnych typ III w liczbie do 3.910 szt. ( w tym: 2.640 szt. w zamówieniu podstawowym i maksymalnie do 1.270 szt. w zamówieniu opcjonalnym); 1.4. Komputerów stacjonarnych typ IV w liczbie 13 szt.; 1.5. Komputerów przenośnych typ V w liczbie 18 szt.; 1.6. Monitorów komputerowych typ I w liczbie 557 szt.; 1.7. Monitorów komputerowych typ II w liczbie 13 szt.; 1.8. Monitorów komputerowych typ III w liczbie 19 szt.; – o parametrach i funkcjonalnościach określonych w Specyfikacji technicznej określonej w SWZ w Rozdz. I.2. tj. Opis części zamówienia – odpowiednio dla danej części zamówienia. 2. Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia nastąpiło na warunkach i zasadach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy wraz z załącznikami (dalej: ppu) stanowiącymi Załącznik nr 6.1 do SWZ (dla części 1-2 zamówienia oraz 4-8 zamówienia) lub Załącznik nr 6.2 do SWZ (dla części 3 zamówienia).

Lot 1Część 1 zamówienia – Komputery stacjonarne typ I

Komputery oraz dostarczane razem z nim oprogramowanie muszą być fabrycznie nowe i muszą pochodzić z oficjalnego kanału sprzedaży producenta na rynek polski. Komputery muszą być identyczne, tzn. jednakowy producent, marka/model/wersja oraz ukompletowanie. Minimalne wymagania techniczne zostały zawarte w Rozdziale I.2 SWZ.
Lot 3Część 3 zamówienia – Komputery przenośne typ III
5 months1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa na potrzeby Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa komputerów wraz z oprogramowaniem w liczbie do 3.910 szt. (w tym: 2.640 szt. w zamówieniu podstawowym (Etap I) i maksymalnie do 1.270 szt. w zamówieniu opcjonalnym (Etap II). Komputery oraz dostarczane razem z nim oprogramowanie muszą być fabrycznie nowe i muszą pochodzić z oficjalnego kanału sprzedaży producenta na rynek polski. Komputery muszą być identyczne, tzn. jednakowy producent, marka/model/wersja oraz ukompletowanie. 2. Realizacja Etapu II nie jest obowiązkiem Zamawiającego i następuje wyłącznie w przypadku podjęcia przez Zamawiającego decyzji o skorzystaniu z przysługującego mu prawa opcji, co zostanie wyrażone poprzez złożenie przez Zamawiającego do Wykonawcy Zlecenia Dostawy, którego wzór stanowi Załącznik nr 4A do Załącznika nr 6.2. do SWZ, z zastrzeżeniem postanowień pkt 3. 3. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do nieskorzystania z zamówienia opcjonalnego lub zamówienia mniejszej ilości Sprzętu, niż wskazano w pkt 1. Decyzja o faktycznym skorzystaniu z prawa opcji lub zmniejszeniu jej zakresu należy do Zamawiającego, a Wykonawcy nie przysługuje żadne roszczenie z tego tytułu. 4. Minimalne wymagania techniczne zostały zawarte w Rozdziale I.2 SWZ.
Lot 4Część 4 zamówienia – Komputery stacjonarne typ IV
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa na potrzeby Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa komputerów wraz z oprogramowaniem w liczbie 13 szt.
