The Contractor may apply for the contract, who is not excluded and fulfils the following conditions for participation in the procedure concerning technical or professional capacity, i.e. performance within 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, during that period, at least 3 (three) deliveries of audio/video equipment, in which one of the basic components was monitors or displays, with a total value of at least PLN 1 000 000,00 gross.
