The purpose of this invitation to tender is to provide a package of at least 500 right-of-use licences with the required characteristics of a standard, pre-existing and commercially available comprehensive RHH, Nóminas and Contracting software platform with a validity of thirty-six (36) months. They are included as associated and necessary services for the implementation of installation or deployment, parametrization, testing, data migration, training, start-up, technical support and maintenance. The configuration, adaptation or development tasks provided for in the specification shall not be intended for the development of a replacement application of the platform offered.
