Personal situation (conditions of participation) Information and formalities necessary to verify compliance with the requirements: 1. Proof of permission to practice The tenderers/candidates, the subcontractors of the candidates/tenderers and the members of the candidate/tenderer group provide the proof by current commercial or commercial central register extract (copy) or an equivalent document in the case of foreign applicants (not older than 6 months at the time of expiry of the tender deadline). If there is no registration requirement in the country of the registered office: Name of the company or, Organisational form and description of ownership and participation structures. Documents in a language other than German shall be accompanied by a translation. The bidder has experience with a project implementation in the field of regeneration air navigation information system. The proof shall be maintained by means of a list of reference orders. At least one contract must have been executed in the last five years, from the date of expiry of the period for participation, which included the following services. (The services may have been implemented in a separate or joint project): 1 The regeneration of a server system and the associated peripherals in which at least 250 monitors, 30 non-interruptible power supplies, 25 connection boxes and 10 servers had to be delivered. The application of the information security-relevant technical guidelines, minimum standards and technical guidelines of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), the IT-GrundschutzBw, the IT-SichhVorgKuB and the project-related information security concept in relation to the overall system and the individual components or IT security provisions of comparable complexity. Compliance with requirements of the Aviation Office of the Bundeswehr, which has been proven with an air traffic license or a location-based air traffic legal technical release. The following information is to be provided per reference: - Brief description of the reference activity including the client (with classification as public or private), the place of performance, period of performance, staff employed (number and qualification), contract value (approximately information or sizes sufficient). - Presentation of the (partial) tasks of the company in the respective reference project / order and, if applicable, its integration into the overall project and their comparability with the activity mentioned in Section II.1.5. - Name of a contact person at the reference provider with name, address and telephone number.

The Participant’s company must be certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 or have a similar certification. As proof, a simple copy of the certificate must be submitted.

Economic and financial performance - Minimum requirements: Formal self-declaration on the turnover of the last three financial years. As a minimum requirement, the participant must have at least an annual turnover of 3 million euros.
