What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is: - renewal of the annual fee of the Esri ArcGIS and UT For ArcGIS packages currently in use and maintenance of the GIS for a period of three years, - also the possibility to purchase licences for users and the environment of the GIS system, - also the possibility to purchase the GIS application for the management of the optical network, - also the possibility to purchase the GIS mobile application. The contracts shall also include adjustments and upgrades to the GIS which represent any improved, revised or new version of the GIS part or whole. With the exception of the renewal of the annual fee for Esri ArcGIS and UT For ArcGIS packages currently in use, and the maintenance of the GIS for a period of three years (first indent), the contract will be concluded for the period from signature to 24.12.2029. For the renewal of the annual fee of the Esri ArcGIS and UT For ArcGIS packages currently in use by the contracting authority and the maintenance of the GIS for a period of three years, the contract will be concluded from 24 December 2026 to 24 December 2029 and in respect of this indent, the contractual periods shall not start earlier than 24 December 2026, in accordance with the current validity of the maintenance of existing licences.
