The tenderer declares that he/she has at his/her disposal the staff necessary to perform the services. If his offer is shortlisted, he will, at the request of the contracting authority/entity, indicate the number of employees employed annually on average in the last three financial years, broken down by wage group with extra designated management staff.

Information on the payment of taxes, duties and contributions to social security: The offeror declares that he has duly fulfilled his obligation to pay taxes and contributions and social security contributions insofar as they are subject to the obligation to pay contributions.
