RFI Competency Management and Records Material Officer

This Request for Information (RFI) is neither a consultation nor a call for tenders nor any commitment by SNCF to launch a consultation on the same subject matter at a later date. Conversely, replies will not constitute contractual or pre-contractual commitments on the part of their authors. It is required that the response cover the entire scope of the request for information. Economic operators responding to the RFI shall not be entitled to any remuneration for the services provided in the context of this request for information either for the preparation of their reply or for the submission of their reply. The response to the request for information may be a consolidated response involving several economic operators. The general purpose of this RFI is: • to provide SNCF with information which will contribute to the ongoing reflections on the SEO of the various market solutions. • Have visibility on the cost structure of different market solutions The information expected by the SNCF is listed in the document "RFI Competency management and file agent Materiel Response file suppliers.xlsx". This document is not a reference specification. The SNCF reserves the right to modify this preliminary need both from a technical point of view and in terms of the implementation deadline, regardless of whether or not it analyses the responses to this request for information.
