Requirement and permission to pursue the profession - Tenderers must prove their competence and permission to pursue the profession, in accordance with the legislation of the State in which they are established, either by registering in a professional or commercial register of that State or by other means (to be submitted to a group of tenderers for each member). The proof shall not be older than 12 months from the contract notice.

Requirements for references - Tenderers must demonstrate their technical and professional capacity by providing appropriate references on previously executed supply and service contracts. Each reference must be provided with the delivery period and the recipient (company name and named contact person as well as his telephone number or e-mail address). The references shall be attached to the tender with Appendix 9. Three comparable references from the last maximum of three years are required. The tenderer shall be responsible for proving comparability. This must explain the references given in a meaningful way in relation to the criteria for reference suitability given. Each reference must address the delivery of IBM Jaguar tape drives, including 60 months of maintenance, installation and assembly on site.

Certification Requirement – The bidder must prove that he is an IBM Silver Partner.
