1. Lot 1RV workplace printer monochrome

   The state capital of Munich requires modern, efficient, ergonomic and reliable workplace printers for the municipal units and in-house companies, the associated maintenance service included in the purchase price over a period of 36 months, maintenance after effort outside the maintenance service included in the purchase price, as well as the provision and maintenance of fleet management software and disposal. The subject-matter of the contract shall consist of a lot. A framework agreement is to be concluded with an economic operator for a contract period of 24 months (optional extension of 24 months) from the award of the contract, but the earliest start of the contract is 01.04.2027. During the entire contract period, the customer expects the following estimated amount: - probably 3,000 workplace printers in monochrome printing There is a maximum limit in the form of a maximum value of: 973,800,00 € net plus VAT. The contractual relationship is thus not only limited to the term, but also to the maximum value. In particular, the following services may be necessary: a) Delivery The scope of delivery of the offered workplace printers contains at least: • a USB connection cable compatible with the offered workplace printers according to the specification USB 2.0 (or higher), High Speed, double shielded, Length: 5m • each offered device has a power cable (including power supply) for connection to the low-voltage network (net voltage 230 volts +/- 10%, Germany, length 1.5m) • the return of the packaging of the delivered hardware is carried out by the contractor • for the supplied drivers and also software, there is at least one Internet link to the user manual in German. b Maintenance • The maintenance service included in the purchase price is 36 months from delivery. • Maintenance after expense (optional) outside the maintenance service included in the purchase price is carried out on the basis of a cost estimate and is only carried out after express commissioning by the customer. • For future special requirements for the offered fleet management software, separate support services are called up by qualified contacts of the contractor (optional) at an additional cost. c Provision and maintenance of fleet management software • Installation and commissioning of fleet management software within the client’s IT infrastructure by the contractor. • Maintenance of the offered fleet management software for 48 months by the contractor • Provision of licenses for 60 months from delivery of the offered workplace printers by the contractor d) Training (Optional) • Training and instruction of the municipal service staff in the operation and handling of the offered hardware and software. e. Disposal • In accordance with the legal requirements, the contractor assumes the disposal of the delivered workplace printers after the end of use. Disposal must be carried out professionally. • optionally, the customer can additionally commission the professional disposal of workplace printers from previous contracts against payment of the disposal fee to be specified in the service specification.
