What the buyer wants
For the effective implementation of the responsibilities required by the existing legislation, it is considered necessary to have adequate technical and organizational tools, including information systems to enable integrated and coordinated risk management, fires and available means. In turn, it is necessary for the effective implementation of legal mandates to undertake the design, development and implementation of newly created information management systems, aimed at supporting inter-administrative coordination, risk management, media monitoring and operational decision-making, which is the subject of this contract. In accordance with Royal Decree 503 / 2024 of 21 May, these functions are carried out by the Directorate-General for Biodiversity, Forests and Desertification, which does not have sufficient personal and material means to carry out the work on the subject of the file with its own resources, nor is it possible, at present, to extend such means.
