The contract is intended to contract the full service which provides for the creation, installation, development, implementation, configuration, maintenance, technical support and the formation of a comprehensive service that will enable the Community of Madrid to have a complete technological solution for the conduct of self-examinations that include the tests for the exercise of the profession of driver of rental vehicles with driver (VTC) in the Community of Madrid. Project scope: The scope of the project is the provision of a comprehensive service, managed by a single interlocutor, which covers all the steps necessary to meet the technical, functional and service level requirements described in this document. This service should provide for the implementation and implementation of the examination booths, including the following: 1. Analysis, construction, implementation, implementation and monitoring of the service. It will make the definition of functional processes and specifications, current situation analysis, functional design, requirements and modules documentation, detailed technical design, system development, implementation, stabilization, knowledge management and examination service monitoring. 2. Detailed resolution reports are generated.
