RC Section 5.3 / Appraisal Criteria: - Technical human means through the adequacy of the qualifications of the service managers with regard to the object and characteristics of the market on the basis of the study and professional qualifications of the service managers subject to the market (6 points). - Coverage of the technical skills necessary for the performance of the contract through the indication of the technicians (without nominative designation) to whom the applicant may apply for the performance of the contract (5 points).
