The subject of the order is the successive supply of computer equipment for the Cracow University of Technology, as set out in Appendix 1 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject of the order for parts (tasks) no. 1 : Subject: Delivery of laptops with software Common Dictionary of Orders: 30213100-6 - Mobile computers Description: The subject of the order is delivery of: - professional laptops 14" in the quantity of 164 pieces, - professional laptops 15,6’’ in the quantity of 209 pieces.
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa sprzętu komputerowego dla Politechniki Krakowskiej, zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ – Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia dla części (zadania) nr 1-5. 2. Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowane świadczenie, w tym wszystkie produkty ICT, usługi ICT oraz procesy ICT wykorzystywane do realizacji zamówienia, zarówno jako elementy główne, jak i komponenty, elementy środowiska świadczenia usługi lub rozwiązania towarzyszące, nie obejmowało: • produktów ICT, usług ICT lub procesów ICT wskazanych w rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podstawowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa; • produktu ICT, którego typ został określony w decyzji w sprawie uznania dostawcy za dostawcę wysokiego ryzyka, o której mowa w art. 67b ust. 15 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, ani usług ICT lub procesów ICT określonych w tej decyzji. Niespełnienie powyższego wymagania skutkuje odrzuceniem oferty odpowiednio na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 17 albo pkt 19 ustawy Pzp.

Technical or professional capacity In the scope of Task No 1 the Contractor shall demonstrate that he has the knowledge and experience necessary to perform the contract. The Contracting Authority shall consider the condition to be satisfied if the Contractor demonstrates that - within the last 3 years, before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, it has duly performed, and in the case of interim or continuous benefits also performs, at least 1 contract (under one contract to one entity) consisting of the successive supply of computer equipment for a period of at least 6 months with a value of not less than PLN 450,000 gross. Where the contract is in the course of execution, the Contractor, in order to confirm the fulfilment of this condition, shall demonstrate that the contract completed until the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires, meets the requirements set out in the above condition.
Technical or professional capacity Within the scope of Task No 2 the Contractor shall demonstrate that he has the knowledge and experience necessary to perform the contract. The Contracting Authority shall consider the condition to be satisfied if the Contractor demonstrates that - within the last 3 years, before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, it has duly performed, and in the case of interim or continuous benefits also performs, at least 1 contract (under one contract to one entity) consisting of the successive supply of computer equipment for a period of at least 6 months with a value of not less than PLN 1 160 000,00 gross. Where the contract is in the course of execution, the Contractor, in order to confirm the fulfilment of this condition, shall demonstrate that the contract completed until the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires, meets the requirements set out in the above condition.
Technical or professional capacity In the scope of Task No 3 the Contractor shall demonstrate that he has the knowledge and experience necessary to perform the contract. The Contracting Authority shall consider the condition to be satisfied if the Contractor demonstrates that: - within the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter during the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, he has duly completed, and in the case of interim or continuous benefits he shall also perform, at least 1 contract (under one contract to one entity) consisting in the successive supply of computer equipment for a period of at least 6 months with a value of not less than PLN 170 000 gross. Where the contract is in the course of execution, the Contractor, in order to confirm the fulfilment of this condition, shall demonstrate that the contract completed until the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires, meets the requirements set out in the above condition.
Technical or professional capacity In the scope of Task No. 4 the Contractor shall demonstrate that he has the knowledge and experience necessary to perform the contract. The Contracting Authority shall consider the condition to be satisfied if the Contractor demonstrates that, during the last 3 years, before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, he has duly completed, and in the case of interim or continuous benefits he shall also perform, at least 1 contract (under one contract to one entity) consisting of the successive supply of computer equipment for a period of at least 6 months with a value of not less than PLN 3 220 000,00 gross. Where the contract is in the course of execution, the Contractor, in order to confirm the fulfilment of this condition, shall demonstrate that the contract completed until the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires, meets the requirements set out in the above condition.
