Supply and implementation of equipment and system infrastructure with training in: Investment C3. 1. Grant Competition – Cybersafe Waterworks

The subject matter of the contract is the supply within the meaning of Article 7(4) of the Act, consisting in the comprehensive supply of reliable hardware infrastructure (computer equipment, network and firewall equipment, cyber security licences, quality certificates and certificates in accordance with applicable standards and laws), the implementation of systems for detecting and responding to incidents in IT and OT networks, as well as the provision of services consisting in the formal implementation of the Information Security Management System (SZBI) and training (supply of training, advisory and technical support services) for the use/use of this infrastructure and systems by the Contracting Authority. The delivered items must be brand-new, fault-free, made in safe technologies. They must meet the requirements of EU standards and the products that require them must have up-to-date safety certificates, certificates, quality certificates and meet all the requirements of the standards laid down by the law in force. At the latest on the day of delivery The Contractor will provide the Contractor with catalogue and warranty cards in paper form in Polish. A detailed description is included in the SWZ together with the annexes to the SWZ.
