What the buyer wants
4.1 The subject of the order is the delivery of the server with the operating system and additional disks. 4.2 As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:
- supply of equipment to the indicated location;
- assembly and execution of the basic configuration of the device;
- setting the basic parameters of the device, updating firmware, connection to the energy and logic network, etc.;
- development of the implementing documentation of the solution implemented. In addition:
- The contractor in the scope of the order must take into account the working time of the engineer, in order to start the device at the Customer's headquarters.
- Installation and implementation work must be carried out at the Customer's premises. Remote work is not allowed.
- Due to the type of work of the Office, the work performed must not cause problems in the availability to the ordering computer system.
- The Contractor is obliged to conduct an IT Service Instructor of the Ordering Party in the scope of the 8-hour solution implemented at the Ordering Office. The contractor implementing the installation and implementation must have an ISO 27001 certificate in terms of design, implementation of IT systems. The Contractor's Certificate, which has been selected as the most advantageous, will be required before concluding the contract.

Dotyczące zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Zamawiający uzna, że Wykonawca spełnia w/w warunek jeżeli wykaże iż, należycie wykonał, (a w przypadku świadczeń okresowych lub ciągłych wykonuje) w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy w tym okresie, co najmniej dwie dostawy sprzętu sieciowego (typu serwery, macierze, przełączniki) na kwotę min. 450.000,00 brutto zł każdej z dostaw.
Przez dostawę Zamawiający rozumie pisemną umowę odpłatną – a nie sumę pojedynczych pisemnych / ustnych zleceń / zamówień realizowanych na rzecz tego samego podmiotu lub kilku podmiotów. Dla dostaw zrealizowanych w innej walucie niż PLN Zamawiający przyjmie przeliczenie wg średniego kursu tej waluty ogłoszonego przez NBP i obowiązującej w dniu zawarcia danej umowy.
Uwaga: w przypadku Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia (konsorcjum) warunek zostanie uznany za spełniony, jeżeli co najmniej jeden ze wspólników konsorcjum samodzielnie posiada wymagane doświadczenie (nie dopuszcza się sumowania potencjału wspólników w zakresie doświadczenia). Podobnie w przypadku powoływania się na zasoby podmiotu trzeciego w celu spełnienia warunków udziału w postępowaniu (w zakresie doświadczenia), podmiot ten musi samodzielnie posiadać doświadczenie opisane powyżej.
