1. Lot 1

   The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment listed below: 1) server – 2 pieces 2) switch – 2 pieces 3) matrix – 2 pieces 2. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: (a) deliver the subject of the contract together with the documents required in the SWZ to the premises of the Contracting Authority, (b) install the subject of the contract in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, (c) install and activate the subject of the contract, and confirm the performance of the equipment supplied, (d) implement the subject of the contract, (e) conduct the instruction of the Contracting Authority's personnel in terms of handling and rational operation of the equipment supplied, (f) provide, together with the subject of the contract, the instructions for operation in Polish in electronic and paper form, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for the proper operation of the equipment, the rules for the provision of services by the authorized service during the post-guarantee period, the list of consumables used in the current operation of the contract, the remaining documentation required by law, the other conditions specified in the SWZ.

2. Lot 2Supply of computer equipment

   Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu komputerowego niżej wymienionego: 1) serwer – 2 szt. 2) switch – 2 szt. 3) macierz – 2 szt. 2. W ramach realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do: a) dostarczenia przedmiotu umowy wraz z wymaganymi w SWZ dokumentami do siedziby Zamawiającego, b) montażu przedmiotu umowy we wskazanym przez Zamawiającego miejscu, c) instalacji i uruchomienia przedmiotu umowy oraz potwierdzenia sprawności dostarczonych sprzętów, d) wdrożenia przedmiotu zamówienia, e) przeprowadzenia instruktażu personelu Zamawiającego w zakresie obsługi i racjonalnej eksploatacji dostarczonego sprzętu, f) dostarczenia wraz z przedmiotem umowy instrukcji obsługi w języku polskim w wersji elektronicznej i papierowej, kart gwarancyjnych, dokumentacji technicznej niezbędnej do prawidłowej eksploatacji sprzętu, zasad świadczenia usług przez autoryzowany serwis w okresie pogwarancyjnym, wykazu materiałów zużywalnych wykorzystywanych w bieżącej eksploatacji przedmiotu umowy, pozostałej dokumentacji wymaganej prawem, realizacji pozostałych warunków określonych w SWZ.
