What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the contract shall be the supply of computer equipment for the purposes of the State Administration Units referred to in Annex 1 to the SWZ 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner in which it is carried out are set out in the Technical Specifications - Annex 2 to the SWZ, Annex 3 to the SWZ - Designed provisions of the framework agreement and Annex 4 to the SWZ - Designed provisions of the implementing agreement. 3. The Contracting Authority has determined the estimated number of ordered items only for the purpose of valuing tenders submitted by Contractors, which will then be used to produce a ranking of submitted tenders. 4. The framework agreement - in each part - will include the entire range mentioned in the submitted tenders, i.e. each Unit will be able to purchase any equipment, as specified in the Technical Specification, which is Annex No 2 to the SWI. III. THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE EXECUTIVE CONTRACT 1. The time limit for the execution of the implementing contract for each part of the contract shall be no more than 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the implementing contract. 2. The term of execution of the implementing contract is the criterion for assessing tenders in the procedure for the conclusion of the framework contract and will be binding on the Contractor at the stage of execution of the implementing contracts. IV. GUARANTEE 1. A minimum of 36 months quality guarantee period for the delivered item of the order is required for parts 1 to 4 and a minimum of 24 months quality guarantee period for the delivered item of the contract for parts 5, excluding the battery warranty period for laptops and tablets for which this period is at least 12 months and for which no other conditions are specified in the Technical Specification. 2. The duration of the warranty starts with the date of signature of the receipt of the delivery protocol - without reservation by both parties to the executive contract. 3. The warranty period is the criterion for assessing tenders in the procedure for the conclusion of the framework contract and will be binding on the Contractor at the stage of execution of the implementing contracts. 4. The specific terms and conditions of the guarantee are described in the draft provisions of the framework agreement and in the draft provisions of the implementing agreement, respectively Annexes 3 and 4 to the SWI.
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu komputerowego na potrzeby Jednostek Administracji Państwowej. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób jego realizacji został określony odpowiednio w Specyfikacji technicznej - Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ - Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy ramowej oraz w Załączniku nr 4 do SWZ - Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy wykonawczej. 3. Zamawiający może unieważnić postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, jeżeli środki, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. 4. Zamawiający określił szacunkową liczbę zamawianego przedmiotu zamówienia tylko do celów wyceny ofert złożonych przez Wykonawców, która następnie posłuży do opracowania rankingu złożonych ofert. 5. Umowa ramowa - w każdej części - będzie zawierała cały asortyment wymieniony w złożonych ofertach tj. każda Jednostka w czasie obowiązywania umowy ramowej będzie mogła zakupić dowolny sprzęt, określony w Specyfikacji technicznej, stanowiącej Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 6. Ilekroć w treści SWZ, w tym w Specyfikacji technicznej, stanowiącej Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, przedmiot zamówienia został opisany przez wskazanie norm, znaków towarowych, patentów lub pochodzenia, źródła lub szczególnego procesu, Zamawiający dopuszcza zaoferowanie przez Wykonawcę rozwiązania równoważnego. 7. Wykonawca, który powołuje się na rozwiązania równoważne do opisywanych przez Zamawiającego, jest zobowiązany wykazać, że oferowany przez niego sprzęt/oprogramowanie spełnia wymagania określone w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Równoważność pod względem parametrów technicznych, użytkowych lub eksploatacyjnych ma w szczególności zapewnić uzyskanie parametrów technicznych nie gorszych od przyjętych przez Zamawiającego. 8. Zamawiający informuje, iż prowadzenie postępowań wykonawczych w toku obowiązywania umowy ramowej odbywać się będzie za pośrednictwem Platformy pod adresem: https://zamowienia.eb2b.com.pl lub https://platforma.eb2b.com.pl, która wymagać będzie od Wykonawcy użycia kwalifikowanego podpisu elektronicznego. Platforma posiada następujące funkcjonalności: przekazywanie „Zaproszenia” do udziału w postępowaniu wykonawczym, składanie odpowiedzi na „Zaproszenie” przez osobę/osoby wyznaczone przez Wykonawcę, prowadzenie innej korespondencji pomiędzy Wykonawcą a Zamawiającym lub Jednostkami, w tym przekazywanie umów do podpisu oraz raportowanie. 9. Zakres zamówień wykonawczych każdorazowo zostanie określony przez Jednostki w „Zaproszeniu” do udziału w postępowaniu wykonawczym. 10. Zamawiający wymaga złożenia wraz z ofertą przedmiotowych środków dowodowych wymienionych w Specyfikacji technicznej - Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Zamawiający, w przypadku niezłożenia przez Wykonawcę przedmiotowych środków dowodowych lub gdy złożone przedmiotowe środki dowodowe będą niekompletne - dopuszcza możliwość wezwania Wykonawcy do ich złożenia lub uzupełnienia, w wyznaczonym terminie, chyba, że pomimo złożenia przedmiotowego środka dowodowego, oferta podlega odrzuceniu albo zachodzą przesłanki unieważnienia postępowania. 11. Informacja dotycząca finansowania lub współfinansowania. Zamówienie na potrzeby: 1) Ministerstwa Zdrowia jest współfinansowane z Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego Plus w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego 2021-2027 oraz z Funduszu Spójności w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027, 2) Warmińsko-Mazurskiego Urzędu Wojewódzkiego w Olsztynie będzie współfinansowane ze środków Programu Funduszu Azylu, Migracji i Integracji na lata 2021-2027 w związku z realizacją projektu nr FAMI.02.01-IZ.00-0003/24 pn. „Warmińsko-Mazurskie dostępne dla legalnej migracji" współfinansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej, 3) Ministerstwa Klimatu i Środowiska jest dofinansowane z Funduszy Europejskich na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko, 4) Dolnośląskiego Urzędu Wojewódzkiego we Wrocławiu będzie współfinansowa…

In the case of contracts in the course of implementation, only contracts which are the subject of continuous or repeated deliveries may be shown. The contractor shall demonstrate that by the date of the submission of tenders the value of the part of the contract realised is at least PLN 900 000,00 net.

By the date of submission of tenders, the contractor shall demonstrate that the value of the part of the contract carried out is at least PLN 1 200 000,00 net.

In the case of contracts in the course of implementation, only contracts which are the subject of continuous or repeated deliveries may be shown. The contractor shall demonstrate that by the date of the submission of tenders the value of the part of the contract realised is at least PLN 600 000,00 net.

The contractor shall demonstrate that by the date of submission of tenders the value of the part of the contract carried out is at least PLN 4 000 000,00 net.
