What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of electronic equipment for PGL LP units. The subject of the contract includes: videoconferencing equipment, mobile touch computers and computer accessories. 2. The description of the order is set out in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ. The estimated quantities of the product range are set out in Annex No 2.1 (price form). The quantities given are the maximum quantity of the contract subject which the Ordering Party may order and are used for comparison and evaluation of tenders. The conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in Annex No 10 to the SWZ - draft contract.
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy sprzętu elektronicznego dla jednostek PGL LP. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: sprzęt do wideokonferencji, mobilne komputery dotykowe, urządzenia wielofunkcyjne, drukarki przenośne oraz akcesoria komputerowe. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w załączniku nr 3.1-3.3 do SWZ odpowiednio do części. Szacunkowe ilości asortymentu określono w Załączniku nr 2.1-2.3 (formularz cenowy), odpowiednio do części. Podane ilości przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią maksymalne ilości przedmiotu zamówienia, jaką może zamówić Zamawiający i służą do porównania i oceny ofert. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarto w Załączniku nr 10 do SWZ - projekt umowy.
