Supply of equipment for the development of the infrastructure of the Electronic State Language Certificate e-CPC

Economic operators involved in the award process of this Convention shall be required to carry out a commercial or industrial or craft activity related to the subject-matter of the procurement.

Economic operators participating in the procedure for the conclusion of this Convention shall be required: 1. to have an average annual turnover of the last three (3) management uses before the tender takes place (2023, 2024, 2025) at least equal to twice the budget (excluding VAT) of this project. Where an economic operator operates for a period of less than three (3) last financial years, then the average general annual turnover for those financial uses should be at least twice the budget (excluding VAT) of this project. 2. Prove profitability the average profit for the last three (3) management uses (2023, 2024, 2025) or during their operating period if this is less than three (3) years. In the case of an association of economic operators, the above minimum requirements are cumulatively covered by the members of the association.

Economic operators participating in the procurement procedure of this Convention shall be required to have carried out at least one (1) equipment supply contract, as specified below, within the last three (3) management uses (2023, 2024, 2025) before the tender is carried out. Specifically required: A contract/project involving the provision of central infrastructure (e.g. servers, storage facilities (SANs), transporters, firewalls, etc.), of a total contract value of at least four hundred thousand euros (€400,000) plus VAT. In the case of an association of economic operators, the minimum requirement above shall be covered by the member or by the members of the association to perform/to the subject of the contract.

Economic operators participating in the procedure for the conclusion of this Convention shall be required to have certificates issued by official quality control institutes or services of recognised competence, by which (certifies) the suitability of the products, verified by reference to technical specifications or standards. Economic operators for this procurement procedure shall comply with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard or other equivalent. In the case of associations all economic operators are required to comply with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard or other equivalent.
