Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia - stanowi załącznik nr 3 do Specyfikacji warunków zamówienia, zwanej dalej Specyfikacją lub „SWZ” – „Specyfikacja Techniczna” oraz wzór umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. Dokumentacja dotycząca zamówień publicznych jest zgodna z zasadami horyzontalnymi, zgodnie z wypracowanymi Procedurami horyzontalnymi. Zakup jest finansowany z konkursu na dofinansowanie zakupu, wytworzenia lub doposażenie infrastruktury badawczej z Funduszu odnawiania i rozwoju infrastruktury badawczej realizowanej przez Instytut Badań Zaawansowanych w ramach programu „Inicjatywa Doskonałości — Uczelnia Badawcza
