Each candidate must attach the statements provided for in section 2.1.6. Each candidate must also submit his/her unique identification number (SIREN) issued by INSEE (in place of an extract Ka), or, failing that, an equivalent document identifying the candidate (if EDF does not request the identification information elsewhere on the procurement portal in particular). This number is to be provided by individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group. Additional information may be requested from suppliers depending on the subject matter of the contract. He will have to return the questionnaire (excel file) in the documents of the call for applications available on the pha platform.
