What the buyer wants

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of mobile tablets to support digital signatures for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. 2. The subject matter of the contract consists of 2 parts. 3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the quantities and the conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in: 1) Annex to the SWZ – Form of tender, 2) Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), 3) Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Draft contract. 4. The items offered must be complete, with a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects. 5. The items offered must be admitted to the market and used in accordance with the applicable law. 6. In all records of the WWZ and its annexes in which the Contracting Authority refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems, or indicates trade marks, parameters or sources of origin (manufacturers' names or devices), in accordance with Article 99(5) and Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions. 7. In the case of a range defined by trade names The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of tenders on an assortment equivalent in all respects, i.e. composition, grammar, scope, spectrum and time of operation, form, functions, etc., provided that they guarantee the performance of the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the assumptions set out in this SWZ. In the case of an equivalent range, the Contractor shall specify its trade name, catalogue number and producer name. Demonstration of equivalence of the offered solution or equivalent solutions shall lie with the Contractor. 8. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Act Pzp. 9. The Contracting Authority shall not impose the requirements referred to in Article 96 of Law No 10. The Contracting Authority shall require that the purchased product is in accordance with the principle of ‘not doing significant environmental damage’ (DNSH). 11. In connection with the performance of the order, the Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation of personal performance of the key tasks of the order.
