What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of teaching aids to the ZS in Połaniec, the ZS in Staszów, the ZSE in Staszów as part of the project "Development of the practical infrastructure of vocational learning in Świeta Staszowski" in the field of computer equipment. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes Annex 2 to the WWZ - which is a description of the equipment offered and a price statement of the offer. 1. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, the current level of technical knowledge, due diligence and arrangements with the Contracting Authority. 2) The Contractor will provide the Contractor with the goods which are brand new, of the highest quality, complete, meeting the requirements of the applicable regulations, with the documents required by the law, enabling them to operate and operate safely. 3) The contractor will provide Equipment with installed Software, which will be subject to the licensing conditions set by the relevant Software Manufacturer. Software license will be granted for unlimited and unlimited time. Whenever the detailed description of the subject of the contract or the annexes to the detailed description of the subject of the contract indicates trade marks, patents or origins, as well as standards, this means that the Contracting Authority could not describe the subject of the contract by means of sufficiently precise terms and allows for equivalent tenders. The criteria for assessing equivalence are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, i.e. in the Description of the subject of the contract. 2. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the requirements referred to in Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act – is not applicable in the case of supplies. 3.
