What the buyer wants
Sweden Radio procures support and maintenance services for existing IPTV and video equipment used to monitor news events as well as off-tube sports reporting. The equipment is operated and managed internally by Swedish Radio and is mainly located in Radiohuset in Stockholm. Support shall include, for example, fault relief (2nd/3rd line), support in the event of incidents and disruptions, consulting on configuration and version issues, and, if necessary, on-site actions. Support refers to equipment and components as listed below and includes both physical hardware and virtual server components linked to distribution/contribution in the SR environment.
