Linköping This is a dynamic purchasing system (DIS) for Consulting Services Automation and System Engineer OT Suppliers have the option to apply to DIS on an ongoing basis throughout the DIS validity period. Qualified suppliers receive ongoing tender invitations when the customer needs consulting services in the relevant area. The purpose of this procurement is to create a dynamic purchasing system where the customer can order automation and system services if necessary. The procurement covers the need for Automation and Systems Engineering services OT at Technical works’ facilities in Linköping, Katrineholm and Mjölby within business unit Heat and Cold. All Suppliers who meet the qualification requirements are able to join the dynamic purchasing system. The system is open to new Suppliers throughout the period of validity and the number of Suppliers is not limited. The dynamic purchasing system refers to both ongoing needs and assignments in project form. The tender invitation from DIS will be made through renewed competition in each individual need. The tender invitation via the competition will look different depending on the need for service and the tender invitation will be evaluated based on price, expertise and/or experience. Examples of assignments that may occur: Programming/configuration PLC/Government System/SCADA: ABB 800xA, ABB AC800M, Emerson DeltaV or Siemens S7 Project Management OT Project Competence IT Platform (Windows server and backup management in industrial IT, industrial networks) Prevention and remedial maintenance of control systems Configuration/calculation of industrial security systems The procurement includes ongoing needs of the Clator in the contract area. For individual projects, the client reserves the right to perform separate procurement. During the contractual period, changes may be made based on group decisions, business changes and more that may affect the need and volume.
