Umeå Municipality invites you to submit an application to participate in Dynamic Purchase System (DIS) regarding Project-related roles. The aim of the procurement is to meet the municipality’s needs for specialist consultants in the field of project management. The procurement is divided into three categories of project manager, project administrator and project management/model trainers. Umeå municipality acts as a purchasing centre, according to LOU. Umeå municipality qualifies consultants where other contracting authorities/entities are declared eligible in future tender invitations. Qualified consultants are invited in step 2 to tender when the demand for disclaimers is in place. The dynamic purchasing system (DIS) has a validity period of 10 years from the publication of the dynamic purchasing system. The municipality of Umeå has the right to change the validity of the dynamic purchasing system, which can be completed in advance or extended.
