Requires a reference from a contracting authority on whose behalf the bidding company has delivered tablet deliveries in the public sector in the last three years

Information on the average annual number of employees of the enterprise in the last three years.

Indication of the number of its managers in the last three years.

Statement on turnover - Information on the company's total turnover in relation to the last three financial years, insofar as it relates to services comparable to the service to be awarded.

Presentation of a current extract (not older than 12 months) of a professional or commercial register (the professional and commercial registers also include registers of associations, registers of foundations and other public registers in which the bidding company is to be entered for the purpose of proper professional practice/activation by virtue of statutory provisions) - insofar as it exists with regard to the legal form of the bidding company. If there is no commercial registration obligation, an extract of the business registration or re-registration must be submitted. Insofar as the business registration is also unnecessary, this must be explained. In this context, reference is made to the information to be provided in the "Self-declaration of suitability" (Form 1).
