What the buyer wants
The procurement of an HR/Wage system in the form of SaaS solution shall be handled as two parallel procurements with different contractual periods after completion of the market (supplier views, RFIs and external referrals). This procurement applies to Talent Management, Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Skills, Education and Learning and Call Support. The contracting authority is Växjö municipality, its associated companies and associations and Ljungby municipality. A separate procurement is carried out for the HR/Lönesystem parts The Employment Process, Manna and Schedule, Salary and Pensions including Time Reporting, Pay Review and Rehabilitation (option). Contracting authorities are Alvesta, Högsby, Lessebo, Ljungby, Markaryd, Tingsryd, Uppvidinge, Växjö and Älmhult Municipality and associated companies and associations.
