What the buyer wants
The purpose of this condition is to establish the technical conditions that will govern the recruitment of the service of advice and technical assistance for the evolution towards the comprehensive digital archiving management in the Service of Archives and Documentary Heritage. * "Digital comprehensive archival management" means, for the purposes of this contract, the set of processes and techniques applied in a regulated, orderly and efficient manner over the entire archival ecosystem, by means of the functional and technological transformation and adaptation required in accordance with the principles set out in the Foral Law 9 / 2026 of 20 May of Archives, Document Management and Documentary Heritage. This ecosystem reaches both the set of information assets and the technological tools where they reside and the documents and archives management processes that govern them, for the purpose of the optimal provision of services addressed to citizens from the archiving centres. The identification, treatment, management, preservation and preservation of documentary funds in their original support are also part of the archival ecosystem, particularly those of a film and musical nature and of the performing arts that must be digitized for their risk of obsolescence.
