What the buyer wants
The object of the contract is structured into three main and two management transversal services to ensure the support of the Hospital Information System (GIS / HIS) of the Department of Health of La Plana: 1) Maintenance and Operational Support: Preventive, corrective and adaptive maintenance of the care systems (xHS, xGPC, eHC, PATWIN) and the web and mobility application environment (UHD, Urgencia2, Opera2, Intranet, among others), incident management N2 / N3, and the work and post management plan. 2) Development and Migration HCU: Projects of evolution, programming of new functionalities and implementation of the process of Extraction, Transformation and Cargo (ETL) for the migration of xHIS to the Single Clinical History (HCU). (3) Governance, Quality and Transition of the Service: Cross-cutting benefits that include the direction and follow-up of the project through single contact, the implementation of delivery quality control, user training and security (ENS / RGPD) plans, as well as the management of start-up and return / final reversion plans.
