What the buyer wants

The aim of the call is to obtain a powerful, scalable and user-friendly software solution that supports the efficient, quality-assured and data protection-compliant translation of scientific, administrative and technical content. The solution must be suitable for both automated translation and the integration of human translation services and must meet the requirements of multilingualism in customer communication. In addition, the object of service includes the provision of a central license and user management service as well as the provision of support and maintenance services over the entire term of the framework contract. The translation software must be provided as a cloud-based solution. A local installation on servers or terminals of the respective client is not intended and will not be accepted. For mobile Apple devices an app is provided. The software must be usable via a web-based access (e.g. via a common Internet browser). The minimum requirements are specified in the specifications.

Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer leistungsfähigen, skalierbaren und benutzerfreundlichen Softwarelösung, die die Auftraggeberin bei der effizienten, qualitätsgesicherten und datenschutzkonformen Übersetzung im Kundenkontakt unterstützt. Die Auftraggeberin schließt mit dem Auftragnehmer eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Überlassung und den Management Service von Lizenzen einer cloudbasierten Übersetzungssoftware - Text-/Dokumentenübersetzung und Konversationsmodus/Voice - über einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren und der Option der Verlängerung um 2 x ein weiteres Jahr ab.
